Love is the light in which we see each thing in its true origin, nature, and destiny. If we could look at the world in a loving way, then the world would rise up before us full of invitation, possibility and depth. – John O’Donohue
Spiritual Direction.
Spiritual direction offers a relationship of support, presence and inquiry as you work to deepen your spiritual life. This may involve clarifying your values, cultivating a practice, “listening to a call,” coming to terms with formative religious issues, or exploring your relationship to the divine; every part of life has its spiritual aspect. It’s about engaging in soulful living.
I offer deep listening and compassionate presence grounded in 30 years of spiritual practice, a facility in music, writing and spirituality, an interest in dreams, yoga and meditation.
Based on the interspiritual model, which draws on resources from many traditions. Open to the ‘spiritual but not religious.’ One hour a month. I have a BA, MFA, and two-year training in Interspiritual Counseling from One Spirit, NYC.
