the progressive Utilization theory

Prout is a set of ideas, values and practices integrated into a new socio-economic theory, an alternative to both capitalism and communism. Profoundly ecological, grounded in a spiritual view of the world, Prout encourages us to utilize the resources of the world in a rational way, and distribute the wealth of the world in an equitable way. Prout advocates for local planning and local economy, healthy and sustainable food systems, a cap on wealth accumulation, and a three-tier economy: small businesses, cooperatives and public utilities. It encourages the development of all human potential and properly incentivizes work.
